1Buyer Qualifications & Age Requirement

By submitting an order with Liv Holding Group Inc dba Bulk Bac Water Supply, the purchaser represents, warrants, and certifies that:

• The purchaser is an individual at least 21 years of age, or an authorized representative of a licensed laboratory, university, biotechnology entity, or corporate enterprise.
• The purchaser possesses the technical expertise, biological containment equipment, and hazardous material protocols necessary to handle laboratory diluents responsibly.
• Under no circumstances will products purchased from Bac Water Supply be repackaged, adulterated, or resold for in-vivo clinical administration to humans or animals.

2Product Specifications & Quality Guarantee

Our multi-dose bacteriostatic water formulation consists of high-purity laboratory water preserved with 0.9% (9mg/mL) USP Grade Benzyl Alcohol, filtered through 0.22-micron cleanroom membranes and packaged under ISO Level 5 Cleanroom protocols.

100% Monograph Range Guarantee: Every lot manufactured is backed by an analytical Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming pH stability (4.5–7.0) and preservative concentration (0.75%–1.05% / 7.5–10.5 mg/mL). Batches failing to meet confirmed monograph testing parameters will be replaced free of charge or credited 100%.

4Delivery Policy & Shipping Standards

Shipping and fulfillment standards are strictly enforced as follows:

• Fulfillment & Dispatch Timeline: Orders are packaged in partitioned cleanroom trays and typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our logistics facility in Pompano Beach, FL ISO Level 5 Cleanroom Hub.
• Transit Times: Standard ground freight generally arrives within 3–7 business days depending on geographical destination. Priority express courier arrives within 2–3 business days.
• Carriers: We utilize commercial transport carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority, and verified freight carriers (LTL Pallet freight with liftgate).
• Tracking: Complete shipment tracking details are automatically dispatched via email once the carrier has scanned the master parcel.

5Refund, Replacement & Return Policy

Due to strict ISO Level 5 Cleanroom chain-of-custody protocols and regulatory quality assurance standards, biological research diluents and sealed sterile vials cannot be physically restocked once released to customer possession.

• Damage in Transit: If a shipment arrives damaged or compromised by the carrier, report it within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to receive immediate priority replacement at zero additional cost.
• Analytical Monograph Claims: If third-party laboratory verification reveals out-of-spec chemical monograph parameters, customers are entitled to a 100% refund or cleanroom batch replacement within 30 days of receipt.

6Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

In no event shall Liv Holding Group Inc dba Bulk Bac Water Supply, its directors, officers, cleanroom technicians, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of the handling, storage, improper usage, or experimental application of products supplied.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liv Holding Group Inc dba Bulk Bac Water Supply against any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from handling inconsistent with RUO guidelines, hazardous laboratory negligence, or municipal statutory violations.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceeding arising out of these terms shall be instituted in Broward County, Florida.
