Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Physical Goods Delivery Standards

All physical orders dispatch directly from our facility located at Pompano Beach, FL ISO Level 5 Cleanroom Hub.

• Shock-Absorbing Cell Packaging: Every glass and polymer vial format is packed in partitioned cell trays surrounded by high-density polyethylene protective inserts to prevent glass-to-glass friction and guarantee structural integrity during transit.
• Shipping Timeframes:
  • Standard Ground Freight: Expected arrival within 3–7 business days from carrier pickup.
  • Priority Courier Service: Expected arrival within 2–3 business days from carrier pickup.
  • Commercial Pallet Freight (LTL): Scheduled delivery with liftgate notification for orders exceeding 5,000+ units. Transit times range from 4–8 business days depending on freight routing.
• Shipping Fees: For standard orders, freight rates are quoted dynamically based on carton volume and destination zip code. For pallet shipments, custom freight arrangements can be coordinated directly or charged to your company's commercial carrier freight account.

2. Digital Goods & Analytical Testing Access

In addition to physical diluent vials, our platform provides digital analytical deliverables:

• Certificates of Analysis (COA): High-resolution, signed HPLC analytical testing reports corresponding to each production lot are available for immediate electronic download upon ordering via our COA Lookup Tool.
• Order Invoices & Tracking Numbers: Complete digital invoices and carrier tracking links are delivered to your registered email immediately upon payment authorization and courier label generation.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your shipment has been staged and picked up by the logistics carrier, an automated notification containing your unique carrier tracking code (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Freight BOL) will be sent to your email. You may also track the live status of any active dispatch via our online Track Order Tool.

4. Damaged Parcels & Non-Receipt Protocol

While transit breakage is exceedingly rare (< 0.05% due to our partitioned packaging), we maintain a 100% arrival guarantee:

• Reporting Transit Damage: If a carton arrives crushed, wet, or with broken glass units, photograph the packaging and vials immediately upon receipt and email orders@bulkbacwatersupply.com within 72 hours.
• Immediate Replacement: We will dispatch an identical replacement order directly from cleanroom inventory at no charge to your facility.
